It’s not entirely clear how an Ethiopian restaurant became a craft-beer attraction, but no one’s complaining. With only 12 draft lines, the Seward spot’s tap list looks small compared with other beer bars. But as every guy with a size 7 sneaker says, it’s not the size that counts, it’s what you do with it.
