Familiar Mexican items such as tacos, burritos and enchiladas alongside a variety of more exotic dishes.
The Pancho Villa is another in the new generation of Mexican restaurants that are open all day every day and cater primarily to a Hispanic clientele. alongside such familiar items as tacos, burritos and enchiladas, the menu offers a variety of more exotic dishes, ranging from mixiote de chivo, a goat stew traditionally wrapped in the leaf of the maguey (century) plant to beef tongue in green or ranchera salsa. Service is friendly and portions very large. House-made lemonade and horchata, a sweet and fragrant soft drink made from rice, are available, as well as licuados (Mexican-style shakes) and Jarritos, which are Mexican bottled soft drinks.
