Terzo is a neighborhood wine bar with an ingredient-focused menu of small plates in the Italian tradition of antipasti, enough choice for a quick bite or, in combination, for a complete meal.
The third time's a real charmer as the first-rate wine bar Terzo becomes the latest addition to the Broder restaurant family. Walk-up window features belly-wrapped pork shoulder sandwiches in citrus, apple and beer for 18 hours, then slow-roasts it for 10 before stuffing the tender, juicy goodness into house-baked ciabatta buns. Vegetarians can skip the pork and enjoy a well-calibrated mix of roasted red peppers with that rapini and slaw. (Rick Nelson, 9/26/2013)
