When this longtime late-night feedbag went on an extended hiatus, the Whittier neighborhood collectively whimpered. But last fall Little T’s bounced back in boozy fashion, adding a liquor license so the Tex-Mex diner’s colorful waitresses can finally serve margaritas. A 2 a.m. closing time means those after-hours grub sessions are gone, but the haunt’s nothing-fancy bar now means you can get drunk while banging out a burrito. MICHAEL RIETMULDER
