Alex Roberts of Restaurant Alma here runs a moderately priced eatery specializing in golden rotisserie chicken and tender, Minnesota-grown pork, with about a dozen accompaniments, including smoky, thin-sheared andouille sausage that adds a burst of heat to mellow, slightly nutty yams, and cabbage salad kicked up with lime juice, cilantro and serrano chiles. The restaurant was selected as one of the Star Tribune's 2007 restaurants of the year.
