Somewhere in the bylaws of the Minnesota Zoo, it must be written that at least one concert per summer at the Weesner Family Amphitheater should feature jam bands. Opening is the Chris Robinson Brotherhood, whose new, less-than-glowing “Phosphorescent Harvest” suggests that the Black Crowes frontman yearns to be the lead singer of the Grateful Dead. Jon Bream
